If you’re new to natural medicine, it’s essential to understand that your experience with me will be vastly different from what you may be accustomed to with your GP. A fundamental principle of natural medicine is to treat the person as a whole, rather than just addressing symptoms. This is why our journey together begins with a comprehensive exploration of your overall health.
By examining your diet, lifestyle, and symptoms, and incorporating necessary laboratory tests, we will collaborate to identify and treat the root cause of your issues and support your overall well-being and optimally nourish your body to stay assertive, sharp-minded, strong, fit, and in good shape well into your mature years. Finding the right plan for you is crucial—there is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution. The process may require time and patience, but I will guide you every step of the way. Utilising a science-led approach, I will connect the dots to develop a personalised program that delivers the best results for you.

Understanding the whole you
Your initial naturopathic consultation is a 90-minute session, conducted either in person or online and is designed to build a comprehensive understanding of your health. This appointment goes beyond addressing presenting symptoms, allowing us to explore the underlying systems and influences contributing to your current concerns.
During the consultation, I will ask detailed questions to gain a clear picture of your medical history, current diet, lifestyle, stress levels, and any conventional medications you may be taking. This information helps identify patterns and potential root causes, guiding a more targeted and effective approach to your care.
To support this process, you may be asked to complete a three-day food diary prior to your appointment, providing valuable insight into your nutritional habits.
You will be offered a confidential, supportive space to discuss your health openly and without judgement. By the end of the session, you will leave with greater clarity and a personalised plan, including agreed next steps.
Together, we will determine the most appropriate pathway for you — whether Metabolic Balance®, my Personalised Protocol, or other guided programmes — and identify whether any functional testing is appropriate, alongside initial nutrition, lifestyle, herbal,and supplement support as needed.

Determining your pathway
Following your initial consultation and the review of any recommended testing, we determine the most appropriate pathway for your care. This is a considered clinical decision, informed by your health history, current presentation, test results, and long-term health goals.
Your care will then progress into one of my core pathways. This may include Metabolic Balance®, where structured, personalised nutrition forms the foundation of support. Alternatively, your care may move into my Personalised Protocol, allowing for more comprehensive, multi-system support across areas such as gut health, hormonal balance, metabolic function, and nervous system regulation. For those requiring the highest level of individualisation and depth of care, the DNA-guided programme uses your genetic profile to inform highly tailored nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation strategies.
Each pathway is intentionally designed to reflect a different level of clinical complexity and support. My role is to guide you into the pathway that best aligns with your physiology, health priorities, and the degree of intervention required to create meaningful and sustainable change.
From this point, you move forward with clarity, structure, and a clearly defined direction for your health journey.
Your
Putting plan into action
Once your pathway has been determined, we begin implementing your plan in a way that feels achievable, supportive, and sustainable. This is where your personalised recommendations are translated into real life, with clear guidance around nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and nervous system support.
Your plan is not static. As your body responds, your protocol is refined to ensure it remains aligned with your needs and goals. This allows us to work progressively and intentionally, rather than trying to address everything at once.
Support during this phase is designed to help you feel held and guided, not overwhelmed. You will know what to focus on, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture of your health.


Follow Up
Your 60min follow-up appointment, scheduled approximately four to six weeks after our initial consultation, will focus on refining your plan and to support your overall well-being to stay assertive, sharp-minded, strong, fit and in good shape sustainably with additional follow-up appointments available for purchase separately.
